Running with the ball
Striking and passing the ball
1st Touch

B License
This phase focuses on the 14 - 17 year old players. As the focus suggest 'Game Training' is about becoming positional specific in the desired actions of the players and as such training needs to be more closely related to the ares of the field the players work within in. This includes with attacking, defending and transitioning between these moments.
A License
The focus is still on the game training phase with coaches having to identify football problems, and then use the game training component to help players solve problems in much greater detail. Additionally coaches are required to implement video analysis presentations and annual football conditioning programs within a professional environment.
